Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of A$450 per person (A$900 per couple) is required to confirm your booking. Your place is not secured until the deposit is received and we have issued your confirmation invoice.
Final payment
Full payment is due by the deadline shown on your invoice. Deadlines are set by the cruise line and cannot be extended. Bookings not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellation by you
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
- The deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
- Cancellation charges after final payment are set by the cruise line and depend on how close to departure you cancel — these will be confirmed in your booking documents.
Changes & substitutions
In the unlikely event a teacher is unable to attend (for example, for medical reasons), a substitute host may be arranged. Prices do not include flights, transfers, or accommodation before or after the cruise.
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended and should be taken out at the time of booking to protect against cancellation and other unforeseen costs.
